Doughnut,, yummmm

eemm~ yummy. it may looks like ordinary doughnut. but it's not. learn from your mistakes. I used the wrong ingredients but it turned up to be better from the recipe i've learned. so soft and not too sweet. and the chocolate topping on top totally sum up the whole thing. chocolate plays an important role too. why? if you used cheap cooking chocolate you can taste the sweetness is far different from pure chocolate. When you eat, it totally melts in your mouth and the sweetness is not the same as the cheap ones. cheap chocolate doesn't melt in your mouth at all. it is made of palm oil instead of cocoa butter to cut down the cost. and how can you tell? simply snap off the first bar. if you hear the crack, it means you are picking up the right chocolate (=
